MINIMUMS: Opening Order minimum is 10 items.

Payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal … are all accepted forms of payment. For the first order a half of the payment will be made when the order is placed, the other half when the order is ready to ship. All subsequent orders will be billed when the order is ready to ship.
CREDIT TERMS FOR CURRENT CLIENTS: Buyers that have placed and received four or more orders may apply for net 30 terms.
REORDERS: Minimum amount for reorders is 5 pieces. Reorders will not be released for shipment until payment has been received for any previous orders.
DISPLAY: All the jewelry will be sent in gift boxes, with care instructions. Business cards can be shipped by request.
NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS: All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.
RUSH ORDERS: Rush orders are accepted on a case by case basis.
CHANGES TO ORDERS: Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to lyriel.moonshadow@gmail.com within 3 days of placing your order. No cancellations to rush orders. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING: Orders will be completed and shipped within 2-4 weeks from the date the order was placed. Typically, larger orders can take three-four weeks to fill, while smaller orders can take as little as one week. Actual shipping costs will be added to your final invoice. We ship via UPS with insurance/delivery confirmation and use economical Flat Rate boxes whenever possible. International orders are subject to custom restrictions/shipping requirements and buyer is responsible for all duties and import taxes/fees. Registered Mail and FedEx are available upon request and will incur additional charges to be determined.
DAMAGES/SHORT/LOST GOODS: Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact Silver Elf Jewelry at lyriel.moonshadow@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt of damaged, missing or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
